Dennis Wawra brings strong business and commercial expertise to his role as commercial lawyer with Parke Lawyers.

Having spent a number of years working in national business enterprises, Dennis’ experience includes assisting vendors and purchasers in business sales and acquisitions, including heads of agreement, drafting contract advice, leasing agreements, transfer of leases and preparation of contracts of sale of business.

He has developed and provided training courses for customers and internal staff and presented at international and national industry events.

He is highly skilled in professional relationship management, including complaint resolution, improving customer satisfaction, negotiating win scenarios for all interested parties and building strong ongoing relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure commercially viable solutions are delivered.

His strong business drive has seen him rewarded for his commitment to ensuring continuing company growth and finding new opportunities for company services and products.

Outside work, Dennis enjoys playing baseball, undertaking general fitness and travel.
