Armstrong Lawyers was founded in 2005 by the late Russell Armstrong and became a well recognised Melbourne legal practice with a strong focus on practical advice, commercial understanding and longstanding client relationships.

The firm developed a strong reputation in commercial, property and estate matters, including acting in complex disputed estates litigation and a multi-billion dollar disputed estate claim.

In 2015 Armstrong Lawyers became part of Parke Lawyers, with the practice continuing through the support, systems and professional standards of the broader firm.

Today the practice is led by Jim Parke, Accredited Specialist in Commercial Law and Chartered Accountant, continuing Armstrong Lawyers’ commitment to practical, relationship-focused legal service.
